This Privacy Policy aims to inform you about how "Boost 180"  uses your personal data as a personal data controller and also about how you could change your preferences and settings in connection with this use.


What this Privacy Policy governs

 From May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) began to apply in Bulgaria. It was adopted by the European Union and its purpose is to unify the policies of EU member states related to the collection and use of personal data. Its purpose is also to guarantee the right to privacy, to protect personal data in order to create more security against abuse and attempts to abuse the personal data of each one of us. Any data that can be used to identify a user is considered personal data. These can be e-mail, names, mobile phone, residential address, IP address.

 The new regulation is related to a number of requirements that "Boost 180"  applies and which you can familiarize yourself with here. Among them are:

  • - to inform you what personal data of yours we use;

  • - to inform you why we use them;

  • - to ask for your consent to use them when we use them to provide additional services such as targeted advertising, for example.

  • - to give you the possibility to change your consent for different purposes, so that you have more freedom.

  • - to guarantee you the right to request correction of your data, its deletion, as well as to "be forgotten".

  • - to indicate all third parties/other companies with whom we exchange your data.



When users use our website - read articles or recipes, watch videos, use email and more - among the data that helps us understand how our services work best and to make them even better for you are cookies . They are small text files that are sent by the web server to the browser you are using and stored on your device so that the site can recognize it. 

There are two types of cookies – persistent and temporary or session cookies. Persistent cookies are stored as a file on your computer or mobile device for a longer period of time.
